CAUSEThis problem may occur if the Windows Millennium Edition-based computers do not have the TCP/IP network protocol installed. By default, Windows XP uses the TCP/IP networking protocol to connect to other computers on a network. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, configure each Windows Millennium Edition-based computer to use the TCP/IP network protocol.
