FIX: A Member of the db_accessadmin Fixed Database Role Can Create an Alias for the dbo Special User

SYMPTOMS

If you are a member of the db_accessadmin fixed database role, but you are not a member of the db_owner fixed database role, you may be able to create an alias for the dbo special user by using the sp_addalias stored procedure.

How to obtain the latest SQL Server 2000 service pack

Hotfix information
