Language setting for Venezuela is listed as Español (Republica Bolivariana [es-ve]) in Internet Explorer

In the Spanish version of Microsoft Windows Server 2003, when you try to change the Language Preference setting in Internet Options, Venezuela incorrectly appears as Republica Bolivariana.

This problem occurs if you are using a Spanish version of Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
