Cannot delete revision author information from a Word 2003 document

When you add a comment to an e-mail thread and then paste the text that contains the comment into Microsoft Office Word 2003, you cannot delete the revision author information from the document.

To work around this issue, follow these steps:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Security tab.
2. Click to select the Remove personal information from this file on save check box.
3. Save the document.

The revisions become visible and you can accept or reject the revisions.
