After you create a presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint
2000, and then you try to view that presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint 2002,
part of the animated text on the slide appears before the animation
starts.
This problem occurs because, in the Custom Animation window,
a part of the text is not included in the animated contents of the animation
settings. This problem may occur if you create a presentation by using
PowerPoint 2000, view that presentation by using PowerPoint 2002, and then edit
that presentation by using PowerPoint 2000.

To resolve this problem, remove the animation and re-create
it. To do this, follow these steps:
| 1. | Open the presentation in PowerPoint 2002. |
| 2. | In the drop-down list, click Slide Show,
and then click Custom Animation. |
| 3. | In the Custom Animation window, click to
clear all the check boxes, click to select the Check to animate slide
objects check box, and then click OK. |
| 4. | Open the same window, and then re-create the
animation. |
