SYMPTOMS

After you create a presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint 2000, and then you try to view that presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint 2002, part of the animated text on the slide appears before the animation starts.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because, in the Custom Animation window, a part of the text is not included in the animated contents of the animation settings. This problem may occur if you create a presentation by using PowerPoint 2000, view that presentation by using PowerPoint 2002, and then edit that presentation by using PowerPoint 2000.
