FIX: The Time Functions Return Incorrect Results

SYMPTOMS

The following functions may return incorrect results on ARM-based kernels:
  • LocalFileTimeToFileTime()
  • FileTimeToLocalFileTime()
  • FileTimeToSystemTime()
  • SystemTimeToFileTime()


This is only known to occur on debug builds of the operating system.
