FIX: The Time Functions Return Incorrect Results

SYMPTOMS

The following functions may return incorrect results on ARM-based kernels:

LocalFileTimeToFileTime()
FileTimeToLocalFileTime()
FileTimeToSystemTime()
SystemTimeToFileTime()

This is only known to occur on debug builds of the operating system.
