SYMPTOMS

When you try to open an e-mail message, close the e-mail message, open another e-mail message, and then open the first e-mail message again, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
SysFader: Msimn.exe - Application Error: The instruction at "0x77ec83c4" referenced memory at "0x00400067". The memory could not be "read".

Msimn.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.

Note You may have to repeat this process several times before you receive the error message.

CAUSE

This behavior may occur if you receive an e-mail message that does not contain a From field but does contain a Sender field.
