History or Opportunities are not exported from Business Contact Manager in Outlook

SYMPTOMS

When you export information from Microsoft Office Outlook with Business Contact Manager, you can only export information from Accounts and from Business Contacts. You cannot export History or Opportunities from the Business Contact Manager if you choose to export to the .Comma Separated Values (.csv) format.

WORKAROUND

History and Opportunites do export when you choose to export to the Business Contact Manager data (.bcm) format.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section of this article.
