FIX: COM interop call may return incorrect HRESULT

A COM interop call may return an incorrect HRESULT. This problem may occur if the calling sequence where the call to the COM server is made goes from unmanaged code to managed code, and then goes back to unmanaged code.

This bug was corrected in .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1.
