following: CAUSEThis issue may occur if one of the following conditions
are true:
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, copy the OSP folder from your
installation CD to your computer, install the OSP component, and then reinstall
Streets and Trips or MapPoint. To do this, follow these steps. Note For demonstration purposes, this article refers to the programs that this article applies to as "Streets and Trips". This article also applies to MapPoint. Copy the OSP folder to your desktop
Install the OSP component
Rerun the Streets and Trips Setup programIf the problem is still not resolved, start your computer by using a clean boot procedure before you rerun the Setup program.
