to import UTF-8 encoded text.

This problem occurs because the Visio import feature
only supports Unicode and ANSI encoded text.

To work around this problem, use Microsoft Notepad to change
the text encoding to a supported text format. To do this, follow these steps:
| 1. | Click Start, point to
Programs, point to Accessories, and then
click Notepad. |
| 2. | On the File menu, click
Open. |
| 3. | Locate your UTF-8 text document. |
| 4. | Click this file, and then click
OK. |
| 5. | On the File menu, click Save
As. |
| 6. | In the Encoding list, click either
ANSI or Unicode. |
| 7. | Click Save. |
| 8. | On the File menu, click
Close. |
Your document is now in a supported file format and can be
imported into Visio.
