Additionally, no functional SMS 2003 Standard Client icons appear in Control Panel. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the user and the Windows NT 4.0-based computer are in different domains. This problem means that the user cannot access required parts of the registry on the SMS 2003 client computer. For example, when a user from domain A logs on to a Windows NT 4.0-based computer that has the SMS 2003 Standard Client installed and that is a member of domain B, the users from domain A cannot access the required parts of the registry on the computer because the users and the computers are in different domains.
