SYMPTOMS

When marshaling between COM and COM+ occurs, a process may end unexpectedly and an access violation may occur under some circumstances.

This problem occurs when you are marshaling arguments that are enregistered. An enregistered value is a value that is stored in a processor-specific register, such as the ECX register or the EDX register for Intel CPUs.
