SYMPTOMSIf you click the Processes tab in Task
Manager, Winmgmt.exe may report a higher number than you expect in the
CPU column. CAUSEThis issue may occur if your computer uses Windows
Management Instrumentation (WMI), and verbose logging is turned on for
WMI. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, change the WMI logging level to
"errors only". To do so, follow these steps:
