SYMPTOMSAfter you upgrade to Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 or to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 from
Microsoft Outlook 2000 with multiple Post Office Protocol (POP) accounts, the
rules that are based on the through the specified account
option that is available in the Rules and Alerts Wizard may not
work. WORKAROUNDTo work around this behavior, use the Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2003 Rules
Wizard to re-create the rules. To do this, follow these steps:
