SYMPTOMS

You receive a CustomAttribute attribute as a byte array from an assembly. When you try to emit the CustomAttribute attribute to a new assembly by using the overload AssemblyBuilder.SetCustomAttribute method (ConstructorInfo, Byte[]), the generated assembly may not contain the emitted attribute.
