SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Office Visio 2007 or Microsoft Office Visio 2003 to create a calendar drawing, a timeline drawing, or an Organization Chart drawing, and then you paste that drawing in a Microsoft Office Word 2003 document or in a Microsoft Office Excel 2003 workbook, you may find that you cannot use the Configure dialog box to configure the drawing. When you right-click the drawing in your Word 2003 or in your Excel 2003 document, and then click Configure, nothing happens. The Configure dialog box does not appear as expected.
