On This PageSYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003, you may not be able to configure system properties such as the Keywords property for use with the Advanced Search feature. For example, you cannot configure Microsoft Office keywords for use with the Advanced Search feature. On the Manage Properties of Crawled Content page of your portal site, when you expand urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office and then click Keywords, the Include this property in Advanced Search options setting in the Edit Property area of the Edit Property page is unavailable. You cannot turn on this setting in the Search Options area of the Edit Property page. RESOLUTIONThis problem was first fixed in a hotfix that is now contained in a service pack. If you installed the latest SharePoint Portal Server 2003 service pack, you do not have to install the hotfix. Service pack informationThis problem is corrected in Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 Service Pack 1.To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003.
