SYMPTOMSDuring live TV playback in Microsoft Windows XP Media Edition, the video picture appears to jump. This means that video frames are being dropped. You are most likely to notice dropped video frames if you do not view the video in Full-Screen mode. WORKAROUNDTo minimize dropped video frames, change the color quality to 16 bits, change the screen refresh rate to 75, and then view the video in Full-Screen mode. To do this, follow these steps:
