SYMPTOMS

An ON Technology driver causes repeated computer restarts after you install the Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 Advanced Client. This problem occurs after you install the SMS 2003 Advanced Client on a computer that is running ON Technology ON Command Comprehensive Client Manager (CCM) 4.0.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you are using version 4.0 of the ON Technology driver that is dated Monday, January 17 03:12:42 2000.

WORKAROUND

More than one version of the ON Technology driver may cause this problem. To avoid the problem, remove the ON Technology driver before you install the SMS 2003 Advanced Client.
