User Passwords and Force Password Change at Next Logon permission, and you log on
to a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 domain controller or a Microsoft Windows
XP-based computer that has the Windows Server 2003 Administration Tools Pack
installed, the following symptoms may occur:
CAUSEThis problem may occur if you are granted the Reset User Passwords and Force Password Change at Next Logon permission at the Active Directory organizational unit level, and then you try to use
the Reset Password command. This problem occurs because Administrative Tools incorrectly evaluates user permissions.
