When you use Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (MBSA) to download the Mssecure.cab security update, you receive the following error message:
No such interface supported. (0x80004002)
This problem may occur if download managers (such as Download Express or GetRight) are installed on the computer. Download managers may affect the ability of MBSA to download the Mssecure.cab security update. Note To verify whether namespace handlers are installed in the registry, follow these steps:
To work around this problem, remove the download managers that are installed on the computer, and then download the Mssecure.cab security update.
