Microsoft Visio 2000 Service Release 1 (SR1) to Microsoft Office Visio 2003,
you may find that you cannot run Visio 2003 Setup if the language of the
earlier version of Visio that is installed on your computer is different from
the language of Visio 2003 that you want to upgrade to. CAUSEThis behavior occurs because, when you run Visio 2003 Setup to upgrade from either Visio 2002 or Visio 2000 SR1, Visio 2003 Setup looks for the earlier version of Microsoft Visio in the same language. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, use one of the following methods, depending on your situation:
