Description of the Microsoft Windows Registry SYMPTOMSYou have a Web page that contains nested tables and that is
linked to a cascading style sheet (a .css file). When you first print the Web
page from Internet Explorer by using landscape orientation, and then you try to
print the Web page by using portrait orientation, the page may not print.
RESOLUTION A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next software update that contains this hotfix. If the hotfix is available for download, there is a "Hotfix download available" section at the top of this Knowledge Base article. If this section does not appear, contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support to obtain the hotfix. Note If additional issues occur or if any troubleshooting is required, you might have to create a separate service request. MORE INFORMATIONThe problem occurs when the number of pages that you are
printing is two pages in landscape orientation and one in page in portrait
orientation. Therefore, if the HTML Web page that you are printing is multiple
pages in portrait orientation, this problem may not occur. Also the problem may
not occur if you print from the Print Preview dialog box in
Internet Explorer.
