Description of the Microsoft Windows Registry SYMPTOMSAn e-mail message that is generated in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.2 Sales for Outlook and that has an attachment that is larger than 1 megabyte (MB) may not be sent correctly. Sometimes the message and the attachment are sent as expected, and at other times the message is sent without the attachment. If the attachment is not sent, you receive the following error message:
