SUMMARY

This article describes the Microsoft Outlook 2000 issues that are fixed in the Microsoft Outlook 2000 Post-Service Pack 3 hotfix package that is dated January 18, 2004.

Issues that are fixed in the hotfix package

The following issue is fixed in this hotfix package, but it was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • When you open a received e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook 2000, the text that is contained in the Infobar may appear in reverse order. This problem may occur when you open an e-mail message that you replied to earlier.

Note An Infobar in Microsoft Outlook displays a status banner near the top of open e-mail messages, of open appointments, of open contacts, and of open tasks. The Infobar provides you with information about whether an e-mail message has been replied to or has been forwarded, whether it has a follow-up flag on it, or when a meeting request message conflicts with another meeting that is already on your calendar.
