Ken Laws began working at Microsoft in 1999 supporting Microsoft Access. He recently moved to the Office Integration team where he supports the integration of Office applications and components using the Microsoft Visual Studio Suite. Lori Turner has been with Microsoft for 10 years and involved with Office in some form or another the whole time. She has been in Developer Support since 1997 and specializes in integrating Office applications and components with all forms of developer solutions, including automation, add-ins, and managed code solutions.
