The Actual Work field may display a zero (0) instead of the actual work hours that you submitted in the custom Project Center view in Microsoft Project Web Access

If you create a custom Project Center view in Microsoft Project Web Access, the Actual Work field may display a zero (0) instead of the actual work hours that you submitted.

This problem was first fixed in a hotfix that is now contained in a service pack. If you installed the latest Project Server 2003 service pack, you do not have to install the hotfix.

Important Applying this hotfix will not correct the problem that is described in the "Symptoms" section for your existing custom view in Microsoft Project Web Access.

After you apply this hotfix, see the "More Information" section.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
This problem was first corrected in Project Server 2003 Service Pack 1.

After you apply the hotfix that is described in the "Resoluction" section, you must remove and then re-add the Actual Work field in your custom view in Microsoft Project Web Access. After you re-add the Actual Work field, save the changes to your custom view.
