in the "Applies to" section. MORE INFORMATIONPrint processors are user-mode dynamic-link libraries that
are responsible for converting the spooled data of a print job to a format that

handling program requests to pause, to resume, and to cancel print jobs.
Note It has been confirmed that the same error message that is mentioned in the Symptoms section may occur even after you install this hotfix. This problem occurs when you use some third-party printer drivers. To work around this problem if you use the Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 4300 printer with Windows Server 2003, HP technical support recommends that you install the HP LaserJet 4100 driver instead of the LaserJet 4300 driver.
