SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
  • You are using a Microsoft Windows 2000-based Internet Authentication Service (IAS) server.
  • You have a network policy for wireless clients in the network.
In this scenario, you try to add connection attributes to the network policy in the Internet Authentication Service Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in. However, you cannot find the Termination-Action connection attribute to add to the network policy.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the Termination-Action attribute exists in the Dnary.mdb file. However, the Termination-Action attribute does not exist in the Internet Authentication Service snap-in.
