FIX: Many mouse messages may cause the computer to stop responding on a computer that is running the .NET Framework 1.1 with Service Pack 1

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1, and your network server is operating under a high user load, the network server may start to respond slowly. In this scenario, a high user load is more than 60 percent of the capacity of the server. The network server eventually stops responding.
