SYMPTOMSWhen you use the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1, and your network server is operating under a high user load, the network server may start to respond slowly. In this scenario, a high user load is more than 60 percent of the capacity of the server. The network server eventually stops responding. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 (SP1), STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
