SYMPTOMS

When you use Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) under Microsoft Windows 2000, and you enumerate the Win32_PrintJob class, the enumeration will not work if any one of the printers cannot be contacted. When this problem occurs, the Wbemess.log file will contain the following error:
(...) : Polling query select * from Win32_PrintJob failed with error code 80041001. Will retry at next polling interval
No error results are returned for the other printers that are online.
