SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft CRM version 1.2, the following Coordinated Universal Time +12:00 hours time zones are missing from the list of selectable time zones:

(GMT+12:00) Fiji, Kamchatka, Marshall Is.
(GMT+12:00) Auckland, Wellington

RESOLUTION

Microsoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update. The cumulative update information is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
