will try to generate a Complete Memory Dump. This scenario occurs even though you
selected the Small Memory Dump (64 KB) option or the Kernel
Memory Dump option in the Write Debugging
Information section of the Startup and Recovery
settings. These settings are located on the Advanced tab of System
Properties. CAUSEThis problem occurs when the Windows 2000-based computer has
more than 2 gigabytes (GB) of RAM. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.If the hotfix is available for download, there is a "Hotfix download available" section at the top of this Knowledge Base article.
