Actual Work submitted by a resource in Project Web Access appears incorrect after you synchronize in Project 2003

When a project manager selects Sync to Protected Actuals after a resource has pressed DELETE or BACKSPACE to remove Actual Work from their timesheet in Microsoft Project Web Access (PWA), the deleted actuals may be added back into the project plan during synchronization.

This problem was first fixed in a hotfix that is now contained in a service pack. If you installed the latest Microsoft Office 2003 service pack, you do not have to install the hotfix.
