CAUSEThis problem may occur when you have two or more programs that use filter drivers in a background process, such as an antivirus program that is providing real-time virus protection or an on-screen news feed program that displays a filtered list of news items. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article.
