Article ID:838858

SYMPTOMS

When you access Outlook Web Access through Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2000 by using RSA SecurID authentication on the ISA Server, and you try to download an attachment, you receive the following error message:
Internet Explorer cannot download filename from sitename. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.
If you disable the RSA SecurID authentication, you can download the attachment as expected. Also, if you use a browser other than Microsoft Internet Explorer, such as Firefox and Mozilla, , the download of the attachment may also work as expected.
