"The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found" error message when you try to download an attachment from Outlook Web Access through ISA when you use RSA SecurID authentication
SYMPTOMSWhen you access Outlook Web Access through Microsoft
Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2000 by using RSA SecurID
authentication on the ISA Server, and you try to download an attachment, you
receive the following error message: Internet Explorer
cannot download filename from
sitename. Internet Explorer was not able to open
this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be
found. Please try again later. If you disable the RSA SecurID
authentication, you can download the attachment as expected. Also,
if
you use a browser other than Microsoft Internet Explorer, such
as Firefox and Mozilla, , the download of the
attachment may also work as expected.CAUSEThis problem occurs because of an RSA SecurID configuration

Caching of Protected Pages on Client check box on the RSA
SecurID tab of the Outlook Web Access Web publishing
rule. STATUS This
