You may not be able to use the Clip Organizer to view Web Collections when you run an Office program

SYMPTOMS

When you run a Microsoft Office 2007 or Microsoft Office 2003program, you may not be able to use the Microsoft Clip Organizer to view Web Collections.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you are running Office 2007 or Office 2003and you install Microsoft Office XP, or you install the Microsoft Office XP Clip Organizer.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, repair the Office Clip Organizer. To do this, follow these steps:
1.Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft Office, point to Microsoft Office Tools, and then click Microsoft Clip Organizer.
2.In the Microsoft Clip Organizer dialog box, click the Help menu, and the click Detect and Repair.
3.In the Detect and Repair dialog box, click Start.

To view Web Collections in Clip Organizer, follow these steps:
1.Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft Office, point to Microsoft Office Tools, and then click Microsoft Clip Organizer.
2.In the Microsoft Clip Organizer dialog box, under Collection List, double-click Web Collections.
3.Double-click Microsoft Office Online.
4.Click the category that you are interested in.
