SYMPTOMSWhen you run a Microsoft Office 2007 or Microsoft Office 2003program, you may not be
able to use the Microsoft Clip Organizer to view Web Collections. Back to the top
CAUSEThis problem may occur if you are running Office 2007 or Office 2003and
you install Microsoft Office XP, or you install the Microsoft Office XP Clip
Organizer. Back to the top
RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem, repair the Office Clip
Organizer. To do this, follow these steps:
| 1. | Click Start, point to All
Programs, point to Microsoft Office, point to
Microsoft Office Tools, and then click Microsoft Clip
Organizer. | | 2. | In the Microsoft Clip Organizer dialog
box, click the Help menu, and the click Detect and
Repair. | | 3. | In the Detect and Repair dialog box, click
Start. |
