may receive the following Stop error message after the Windows XP splash screen

0x00000000, 0xf75ba58e) DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1) An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually caused by drivers using improper addresses. CAUSEThis problem occurs because of a race condition that occurs
in the ACPI power management code. The race condition occurs when the BIOS for
the computer contains multiple tables and at least two of the tables contain
power resources. This causes the ACPI code to access nodes that are not
