Embedded Visual C++ stops responding and you receive the "Server Busy" error message

When you start to debug an application by using Microsoft Embedded Visual C++ , you receive the following error message: Additionally, Embedded Visual C++ does not permit any user interaction and does not start to debug the application.

Restart requirement

After you install this hotfix, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To clean the platform, click Clean on the Build menu. To build the platform, click Build Platform on the Build menu.
