FIX: The BPEL Import Wizard quits unexpectedly at the last step in BizTalk Server 2004

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, the Microsoft BPEL Import Wizard may quit unexpectedly at the last step, and you may receive the following error message:

Note BPEL is an acronym for Business Process Execution Language.
