You cannot cancel a print job that you sent to a Bluetooth printer in Windows XP

SYMPTOMS

You may not be able to cancel a print job, and the print job may remain listed in the print queue. If you restart the computer, the print job is successfully removed from the print queue.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if your printer is connected to Windows through a Bluetooth Hardcopy Replacement Profile (HCRP) printer adapter.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2).

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

This problem was corrected in Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2).
