SYMPTOMSYou may not be able to cancel a print job, and the print job may remain listed in the print queue. If you restart the computer, the print job is successfully removed from the print queue. CAUSEThis problem may occur if your printer is connected to Windows through a Bluetooth Hardcopy Replacement Profile (HCRP) printer adapter. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, install Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2).
