permissions. CAUSEThis issue may occur after you run the Microsoft Internet
Information Services (IIS) Lockdown Wizard with the Deny write access
to anonymous users and applications option. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, use the Cacls.exe command-line
utility to remove the deny write access groups from the \inetpub\wwwroot folder
on the server. To do this, follow these steps:
