On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you connect to a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based server that is running Terminal Server or Remote Desktop for Administration, and you then copy an item and paste it in a Microsoft Office 2003 program, the item is not pasted successfully, and you may receive the following error message: Cannot empty clipboard RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
