On This PageSYMPTOMSAutomatic spelling checker warnings may not appear under misspelled words in Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003 with Service Pack 1 (SP1). Instead, the warning appears under the text to the right of the misspelled word. This problem occurs on computers that are running Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Windows 2000. Note Automatic spelling checker warnings are the wavy red underlines that appear under a word to indicate that the word may be misspelled. Additionally, this problem may occur in other programs that use the automatic spelling checker feature on computers that are running Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition, Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, or Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition. This problem occurs if the following two conditions are true:
