This behavior occurs because Windows Server 2003 does not
support the Microsoft PowerPoint Online Broadcast feature. To use Microsoft
Windows Media Services, the Microsoft PowerPoint Online Broadcast feature
requires a server-side component that is not included in Windows Server 2003.
The server-side component that is required is the On-line Presentation
Broadcast service.

To work around this behavior so that you can use a Microsoft
PowerPoint online presentation broadcast in a multicast scenario, you must
specify a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 2000 Server as the Windows
Media Server.
