CAUSEThis problem may occur if the profile size is larger than 4 gigabytes (GB). The maximum size that the System tool can display for a user profile is 4 GB. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use Windows Explorer to view the user profile size. To do this, follow these steps:
