When you try to import all your items from Apple Mail to Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Mac, Microsoft Exchange Server accounts, including e-mail messages and folders, are not imported.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
