page locks can be held until the end of the transaction. This behavior may lead to
blocking or performance problems. CAUSEThis problem occurs if the SELECT statement uses a parallel index scan or a seek operation during a transaction when the transaction
isolation level is set to READ COMMITTED. COMMIT or ROLLBACK operations determine the length
