This article lists the Fixed Assets setup files to copy from an existing company to a new company in Microsoft Dynamics GP or in Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains.

FA40200 Book Setup
FA40201 Class ID Setup
FA40202 Book ID Class Setup
FA40203 Book Setup (for Depreciation)
FA40300 Book Compare Setup
FA41000 Quarter Setup
FA41100 Location ID Setup
FA41200 Insurance Class Setup
FA41300 Account Group Setup - If using the same Accounts
FA41400 Retirement Code Setup
FA41500 Structure ID Setup
FA41600 Lease Company Setup
FA42200 FA-AP Post Accounts Setup - If using the same Accounts
FA42400 FA Physical Location Setup
Once you have copied these files, log into the new Company and set up the Fixed Asset Company Setup window again. Be sure to set up your default Account and select the Corporate Book.
